We’re sorry that the item you purchased is damaged. Please in inform us as soon as possible so we can provide you with a solution.
- Go to returnform.com/fillingpieces or scan the QR code on the packing list.
- To find your order fill out your order number and e-mail address.
- Select the damaged item and choose the option 'Product is damaged'.
- Upload at least one and a maximum of 3 photos that give the best impression of the damage.
- Describe the problem as best as you can so we can provide you with a fitting solution.
- After your request is submitted we will contact you as soon as possible.
Please do not send damaged items back to us without submitting a request to us first, you need an authorization code to be able to send back any damaged items.
