  • What are the available payment methods?

  • My payment has failed. What should I do?

    On our website we work with a "first come, first serve" system. This means that it can happen that a product becomes sold out after you have put it in your basket. To avoid disappointment, we therefore advise you to complete your order as soon as possible.

    During checkout, do you get the message "Authorization failed" when you pay with a credit card? If so, delete your cookies, use an alternative browser or try a different payment method.

    Have you not received an order confirmation from us, but the purchase amount has been debited from your account? Please contact our customer service as soon as possible so that we can process the order manually. . Send us a screenshot of the payment so that we can deliver your order to you as soon as possible.

  • Where can I find my invoices?

    Your invoice is always included in the order confirmation e-mail. You can also find the invoice in your Filling Pieces account. If you can’t find the invoice, please contact our customer service so we can send it to you.

  • How do I use my digital gift card?

    The digital gift card will be sent through email. To use your digital gift card, please log into your Filling Pieces account on our website. Once on the website navigate to your check out to use your digital gift card. 

  • Refunds

    If you returned your order and selected ‘money refund’ we will refund you as soon as possible within the 14 business days of receiving your return. We always refund the money to the bank account/credit card you used for the order.

    If you paid for part of your returned order with store credits or a digital giftcard, we can’t refund the entire purchase amount to your bank account. The used store credits/digital giftcard will be reactivated.

  • Do I have to pay import duties in order to receive my order?

    If you placed an order from the EU or the USA, you will not have to pay import duties to receive your order.

    If you placed an order from outside the EU or the USA, there is a possibility that you might have to pay import duties. This depends on the customs laws in your country.

  • What is VAT?

    VAT is Value Added Tax, which are the taxes paid on top of the value from the sale of products or services.

    Both customers inside and outside the EU pay VAT on their purchases. If you purchase from within the EU the VAT is included in the price of our products. If you purchase from another country, you will have to pay this in the form of our import duties.
