  • What size should I get?

    In most cases we recommend that you order a size smaller than your regular shoe size, because Filling Pieces run large. Our Shoesize.me tool will help you select the correct FP size by comparing your sizes in other footwear brands. You can use this tool by clicking ‘Need Size Advice’ under the shoe size menu on every shoe page. If you need further help, please contact our customer support.

  • Can you give more information about a product?

    Sure, please get in touch with us when you desire more information about a model. Our customer service agents are always here to help you.

  • The item I want is out of stock. Will it be restocked?

    At Filling Pieces we take pride in the unique models we design. That’s why we almost never reproduce our models and they’re only released once on the website. Occasionally, some sold-out models and sizes are restocked. Please keep an eye on our social media and newsletter to stay up to date.

    It’s possible that one of our retailers still stock this model. You can check all our authorised retailers at Stockists.

  • I saw a pair of Filling Pieces somewhere, but I cannot find it on your website. Why not?

    You might have seen that model somewhere else, if it is not available on our website. We collaborate with several (web)stores that stock Filling Pieces. Sometimes these retailers still have a model in stock that has sold out on our website. Occasionally, we also release special collaborations or exclusive shoes that are only available at a few selected retailers.
