  • Can I cancel my order?

    Once an order is placed we instantly process your order to ensure the quickest delivery possible.

    However, if you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately. We will look into the status of your order to determine if your order can be canceled.

    Please be advised that once an order has been fully put through, no changes or cancelations can be made on your order.

    As the customer it is within your rights to withdraw your order placed on our website within 14 days after 1) the date you have received the order or 2) after the date you received the last artikel, if you have placed an order with several items in the same order. Filling Pieces will honor your right to withdrawal, when your withdrawal request is sent to Filling Pieces through:

    • Return form
    • Or by contacting customer service through support@fillingpieces or by calling +31 20 261 14 78. In all cases, this must be done within the aforementioned 14 days.

    We will process a refund within 14 days, if your request is reported to us within the aforementioned 14 days. This goes for all payments you made related to the canceled order. Delivery costs included (if applicable and the maximum being the least expensive type of standard delivery we offer). If you have already received your order, all items must be returned within 14 days. Starting from the day your withdrawal request is reported and in conformity with our return policy. The return costs are on the customers expenses. We will reimburse the shipping costs for the canceled order once we have received proof of shipment or as soon as we have received and processed the returned items. 

    The customer is liable for the decrease in value of the items. When concluded that the decrease is a result of you using the items in a manner beyond what is necessary. 

    If as a result, we cannot determine the nature, characteristics and operation of the item. It is within the customer's responsibility to bear the risk and burden of providing us the withdrawal request correctly and timely.

     

  • What is your returns policy?
     
    If you are not happy with your purchase and wish to return an item, please contact us within 30 days from receiving your order.
     
    Opening hours from 9AM until 6PM CET time on business days.

    You can open the package and check the contents. Returns will only be accepted when the shoes are unused and in the original packaging. Apparel should be returned unused, unwashed and with all labels still attached

    Please note: for orders placed during our online sale the return period is 14 days and that we do not cover the return costs.

    For hygienic reasons, we don’t accept returned socks if the packaging has been opened.

  • Can I return items that were bought during sale?

    Returns have to be shipped within 14 days starting from the day you receive your order. All items must be returned to us unused and in the original shoebox. Please be advised that we do not offer free returns during our sales period.

    • Complete the return form and place it inside the innermost box. If you didn’t receive a return form, please contact our customer services and we’ll send you a new one.
    • Place the enclosed return sticker on the shipping box.
    • If your return was an international shipment, please write on the outermost shipping box and consignment note: "Returned goods, no commercial value".
    • You’re now ready to return the item. Send your package from a local post office and send it to address stated on the return form
    • At the delivery point, you’ll receive a shipment receipt with track & trace code that you can use to track your returned product(s). Once the package has arrived, we will process the return as soon as possible. Please be aware that, due to the high volume of orders, this might take longer than usual.
    • Always keep the shipment receipt with track & trace code so you have proof of shipment.

     

  • What is the status of my order?

    Once you have placed your order you will receive an order confirmation through email. We will process the order for you as soon as possible to ensure fast delivery. When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive an email from us with a personal track & trace link. You can use this link to track your package until it is delivered to you.

    If you haven't received an order confirmation, please first check if your payment went through and contact us immediately.

  • The product I am looking for is out of stock. Will it be restocked?

    At Filling Pieces we take pride in the unique products we design. That’s why we almost never reproduce our models and they’re only released once on the website. Occasionally, some sold-out products and sizes are restocked. Please keep an eye on our social media and newsletter to stay up to date.

    It’s possible that one of our retailers still stock this model. You can check all authorized retailers at Stockists.

  • Which clothing size should I get?

    Our Apparel collection fits true to size, so we recommend you take your regular European clothing size. For a more precise advice, please have a look at the sizing chart for the specific product.

  • Can I return items that were bought during the sale?

  • What shoe size should I choose for the best fit?

    Our shoes generally run a size bigger, so we recommend taking one size down from your regular EU size. In order to find your Filling Pieces size, we always recommend you navigate to the product page there you will find the tab that is labeled "Size & Fit". Clicking that tab will reveal a sizing chart with instructions on how to measure your feet. Using the length of your feet you will be able to select the right Filling Pieces size. If you need further advice, please feel free to contact us.

  • My payment has failed, what should I do?

    Our order system is based on a first come, first serve basis. Unfortunately this means that it can happen that an item goes out of stock after you’ve added it to your shopping cart. Therefore to avoid disappointment, we would advise you to finish your order as soon as you can. 

     

    Did you get the notification ‘Authorization failed’ during checkout while paying with a credit card? Please delete your cookies, use an alternative browser or try a different payment method. 

     

    You haven’t received an order confirmation yet the money has been deducted from your account? Contact our customer service as soon as possible.

  • Is it possible to exchange sale items for another pair?

    Unfortunately, it is not possible to exchange sale items. However, you can return your products within 14 days starting from the day you have received your order.
