  • What and when is the Filling Pieces Online Sale?

    Every season we strive to push our boundaries and stay on the forefront when it comes to product design. As this season is coming to an end, we are gearing up for an exciting new collection so we are hosting an exclusive 48-hours ONLINE SALE. During the 48-hour sale we are offering styles from our Autumn/Winter '18 collection as well as some great styles from the Filling Pieces Archive for discounted prices.

     

    The Filling Pieces sales start at 12.00PM CET on the 2nd of December and ends 12.00PM CET on the 4th of December.

  • Can I return items that were bought during sale?

    You have 14 days from the date you received your order to return it. All items must be returned to us unused and in the original shoebox. Please be aware that we don’t offer free returns.

    • Complete the enclosed return form and place it within the shoebox. If you didn’t receive a return form, please contact our customer services and we’ll send you a new one.
    • Place the enclosed return sticker on the shipping box.
    • If your return was an international shipment, please write on the shipping box and consignment note: "Returned goods, no commercial value".
    • You’re now ready to return the item. Send your package from a local post office and send it to:

    • At the delivery point, you’ll receive a shipment receipt with track & trace code that you can use to track your returned product(s). Once the package has arrived, we will process the return as soon as possible. Please be aware that, due to the high volume of orders, this might take longer than usual.
    • Always keep the shipment receipt with track & trace code so you have proof of shipment.
  • Will there be a restock of sold out shoes?

    At Filling Pieces, we pride ourselves on creating novel designs every season. This means that we rarely reproduce or restock styles and that they’re usually only released once on our website. Styles will not be restocked during the sale.

  • Is it possible to exchange sale items for another pair?

    Unfortunately, it is not possible to exchange sale items for another pair. However, you have up to 14 days after receiving your order to return it. All items must be unused and in the original shoebox.  Please be aware that we don’t offer free returns.

  • How can I cancel or change my order?

    To ensure fast processing we send all orders directly to our warehouse so they’re packed and shipped as soon as possible. Unfortunately, once your order and payment have been fully processed we can no longer make any further changes.

     

    Once you have received the item, you have 14 days from the date you received your order to return it. All items must be returned to us unused and in the original shoebox. Please be aware that we don’t offer free returns. When we have received your return, we will either refund you the purchase amount to your bank account or put store credits in your Filling Pieces account.

  • How can I return an order?

    You have 30 days to return your order after receiving it. Orders must be returned unused and in the original packaging still attached. Our Apparel collection has to be returned unused, unwashed and with all labels still attached. The return costs are not covered by Filling Pieces. 

    Please note that for orders placed during our 48h sale the return period is 14 days.

    • Fill in the merchandise return form and add it to the box. If you don’t have a return form, please get in touch with our customer service to receive a new one.
    • Attach the return sticker to the box.
    • The order is ready to be returned. Please go to a postal service of your liking and ship the box to:

    • Please be aware that the sticker is not a prepaid return label. You will have to pay for the return costs.
    • After shipping your return you should receive a receipt with a tracking code so you can track the shipment. Please hold onto this receipt as it is your proof of shipment

    Once we have received your return, we will do our best to process it quickly.

  • Where and when do you deliver?

    At Filling Pieces we offer free worldwide delivery*.

    - Deliveries within the Netherlands and Belgium: ordered before 10pm, delivered the next day (excluding Sundays)

    - Deliveries within the European Union: two to three working days

    - Deliveries in all other countries: three to six working days

     

    *We currently do not ship to China, Russia, Belarus and Mexico.  

  • I’ve changed my mind. Is it possible to change my order?

    In order to process all orders quickly, we immediately send all orders to our warehouse, so they can be picked, packaged and shipped. Once your order has been paid and processed, it is no longer possible to change the order.

    If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately. We will look into the status of your order and if it has not been picked yet, we are usually able to cancel it for you.

    Is it no longer possible to cancel or change the order? Please refuse the package at the door upon delivery. It will then be returned to our warehouse on our costs. Once the return has been processed in our warehouse, we will get in touch with you for your preferred solution.



  • The product I am looking for is out of stock. Will it be restocked?

    At Filling Pieces we take pride in the unique products we design. That’s why we almost never reproduce our models and they’re only released once on the website. Occasionally, some sold-out prodcuts and sizes are restocked. Please keep an eye on our social media and newsletter to stay up to date.


    It’s possible that one of our retailers still stock this model. You can check all our authorised retailers at Stockists.

  • When can I expect a new release?

  • Which clothing size should I get?

    Our Apparel collection fits true to size, so we recommend you take your regular European clothing size. For a more precise advice, please have a look at the sizing chart for the specific product.
